Camp Stanley Labor Day 5 and 10K

Camp Stanley’s hills hosted the final Area I event named in honor of Labor Day, as 267 runners took to the roads Sept. 6.

On hand to make the award presentations was Lt. Col. D. Sean Crockett, battalion commander, 23rd Chem. Bn.

Runners competed in two age categories and two race choices, here are the individual results:

5K Women’s over 30:
1st place: Christina Torres
2nd place: Corinne Wietrick

10K Women’s over 30:
1st place: Linda Lofton

5K Women’s under 30:
1st place: Annissa Little
2nd place: Chamiracle Speight

10K Women’s under 30:
1st place: Robin Thomas
2nd place: Luisa Montoya

5K Men’s over 30:
1st place: Eric Brainard
2nd place: Vrian Partridge

10K Men’s over 30:
1st place: Jeremy DiGioia
2nd place: Joel Lord

5K Men’s under 30:
